Skilled Production Operative - Mixer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our production, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier products to our customers., As a Mixer ( Skilled Production Operative) , you will be responsible for following detailed recipes and processes to create high-quality food products. You'll ensure all materials are accurately weighed, service production lines without interruptions, and keep waste to a minimum. Your role will also involve maintaining high hygiene standards, completing routine quality tests such as pH and salt,

• Master the art of mixing by understanding all recipes, processes, and production plans.
• Accurately weigh and mix ingredients, ensuring every batch meets strict quality standards.
• Keep production lines running smoothly by ensuring they are consistently supplied with product.
• Minimise waste and record all finished product details, ensuring accurate batch documentation.

  Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Hygiene at Level 2.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in food production.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills., Energetic and enthusiastic team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• A flexible approach to work, willing to take on additional duties when needed.
