Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based on an Education project in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position for 52 weeks to see the project through to completion and handover.Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Project: £50m Education project in Great YarmouthWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing projects to life, managing operational resources to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. Working closely with your team and clients, you'll create positive outcomes while maximising customer satisfaction and project success. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.What will you be responsible for?As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering exceptional projects. Your day to day will include:Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies across the siteLeading, motivating, and supporting operational staff to achieve their bestManaging relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communicationOverseeing the operational project plan
