Full Job Description
Ensure smooth running of the store to maximize sales and minimize costs whilst reaching KPI targets.

As a Shop Manager you will be responsible for:
Successfully managing and controlling your own shop.
Training and developing team members to a high level in your own store and local stores when needed.
Recruiting - interviewing and hiring for your own store and for local stores in your division when needed.
Being the point of contact for local shops when their shop manager is on holiday.
Food production quality.
Exceeding shop performance and KPI's - including sales, wastage %, wage ratio, staff retention and average spend.
Ensuring the store is clean, organised and welcoming for customers.
Monitoring food safety standards.
Ensuring high standards of customer service.
As a Senior Shop Manager for Wenzel's, you will be the spine and structure of your store, you will have a minimum of 2 years food to go/retail experience, able to motivate and lead a team, and be an excellent communicator.
