SHEQ Advisor

Working alongside our SHEQ Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our safety, health, and environmental standards across multiple operational sites. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic safety initiatives while handling diverse day-to-day responsibilities., You will provide expert guidance on SHE legislation and policies, conduct thorough site inspections, and develop comprehensive risk assessments. Your role involves delivering engaging health and safety training sessions and supporting our ISO 45001 management system implementation. You'll work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement in our safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in areas such as CDM, asbestos control, and building safety.

NCSL is seeking a dynamic Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to join our team and help shape our safety culture., We're looking for someone with a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification, and membership of IOSH or IIRSM. You should have significant experience as a SHEQ Advisor, preferably across multiple operational sites. Your expertise should include incident investigation, risk assessment, and the delivery of safety training programs.

The ideal candidate should also hold a full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points in order to meet the travel requirements for the role.
