Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive Psychosexual Service providing excellent therapeutic intervention to the residents of Lancashire and Blackpool. The successful applicant will demonstrate highly experienced therapeutic and supervisory skills in addition to managerial and leadership expertise working closely within the team and alongside the service lead. Their managerial position will enable them not only to creatively contribute toward the provision of excellence in service delivery and service user experience and outcomes but also to be forward facing moving the service and the team toward positive change and development, There will be the formulation of a clear job plan combining therapeutic client work and clinical supervision alongside dedicated time to work with the service lead from a leadership/managerial perspective. 50% of the role will be direct team management and service development
