Full Job Description

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to be responsible for the process and logging of calls and emails received from the client, ensuring accurate translation of contractual and operational demands. The role is central to delivering a professional Helpdesk function that consistently exceeds client expectations.,
- Log and process client calls and emails relating to sites, translating requests into engineering or FM solutions.
- Identify and apply the most appropriate solution in line with contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and the account delivery team.
- Manage and update associated systems and software, including Maximo.
- Provide a professional, articulate, and customer-focused helpdesk service.
- Deliver general administrative support to the account delivery team.
- Escalate issues to line management and seek guidance where required.
- Work in line with company processes, procedures, and agreed guidelines while developing knowledge of client environments and contracts.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage client interactions, apply contractual processes effectively, and support the wider account delivery team through strong administration and communication skills., Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role. - Call handling experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working collaboratively within a team to achieve organisational goals.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to schedule activities effectively.
- Ability to understand and analyse statistical data.
