Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work.
Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey., We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-first mindset and a passion for cars:
Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential.
Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role.
IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence.
Team Player: A willingness to support your team during busy and challenging periods.
Organisational Skills: The ability to manage your workload efficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
This role is to cover maternity leave, with a possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate

Competitive Earnings: A competitive salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 - £38,000, plus a commission and bonus scheme that rewards your hard work and sales achievements.
