Full Job Description

Deliver excellent communication skills and customer service over the phone and face to face.

Be organised and able to manage a busy workload to ensure work is assigned to technicians quickly and efficiently.

Contact customers and explain any necessary vehicle repairs in a way they can understand, and gain approval for this work.

Call suppliers to order parts, and bring them into stock on the system once they arrive, ensuring the work flows through the workshop.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and still maintain outstanding customer service throughout.

Help answer all incoming email enquiries to the branch, and schedule bookings on the system.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, assisting your Managers in completing key administrative tasks

Understand and adhere to the companies policies and procedures.

Undertake the necessary training and skills development.

Ensure that all works carried out are conducted per the companies procedures.

You must have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate, and be confident in receiving and making phone calls.

Industry experience is not essential but preferred.
