Following a new funding agreement with Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board, we are able to increase our inpatient capacity from eight to 10 beds, creating additional roles within our team. Whether you already have hospice experience or are keen to develop your skills in palliative care, we would welcome your application., As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and lead the inpatient unit on a shift basis, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and compassionate palliative and end of life care. You will support patients with complex needs, provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, coordinate admissions and discharges, oversee medicines management, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
