Full Job Description
Are you an experienced Radiographer looking to be part of an organisation that is passionate about providing first class patient care, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a Radiographer to join our team and provide services across multiple site locations within our diagnostic services at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough, and across community based sites in Lincolnshire.
We offer our practitioners clear career paths with lots of exciting options. You tell us how you want your career to look, and we'll help you to make it happen.
As a senior member of the theatre team, supported by our experienced Imaging Manager, Paul, you may be working autonomously or as part of a larger team and you will be expected to provide the necessary professional and clinical practice support for other team members. You will coordinate and facilitate activities to ensure a seamless service is provided to all patients. Your ability to prioritise a number of complex activities at any one time allowing you to react to the demands of the service and adjust your workload to accommodate urgent referrals or equipment breakdowns will be key in this role.
You will be an HCPC registered Radiographer with broad experience of radiographic technique in x-ray, theatre/mobiles and MRI and able to practice autonomously. You will also have the ability to provide specialist radiographic views when requested.
What we'll look for in you
When you're part of the Practice Plus Group team, you don't just have a job. You have a career. We work with you to help you grow in your role and take your career in the direction you want to go. If you want to move up the ladder, we'll support you. If you just want to stay in your role, that's fine too. We'll help you be the best you can be.
Everything we do is focused on providing a high standard of safe and effective patient care. As a CQC Good rated hospital we believe in developing and nurturing our people.
We want our team members to feel motivated and rewarded. So we offer a competitive package of pay and benefits. We also recognise the value of a healthy work-life balance - so we always try to be flexible, helping you fit your working life around your home life.
