Full Job Description
A well-established main contractor with a strong project pipeline is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a growing division. Projects range from £10m-£50m and include complex refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor to progress their career, take ownership of high-value packages, and work on exciting London projects with a company that has strong cash reserves and a clear growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects as a Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment, CAT A, and CAT B projects
- Lead procurement, valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Support senior management in commercial decisions
- Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Proven Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor experience on refurbishment, CAT A or CAT B projects
- Full project lifecycle knowledge and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage and mentor a team
- Ambition to work on high-profile, complex projects within a growing main contractor
Competitive permanent salary: £80k-£110k + package
- Freelance option: £450-£500/day
