Senior Programme Delivery & Assurance Manager

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Programme Delivery and Assurance Manager to join our central Programme Management Office (PMO). This is a high-profile role supporting the Director of Financial Recovery and Sustainability to lead the delivery and assurance of the Trust's Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) and key transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Executive leads, corporate teams and divisions to provide robust programme governance, assurance reporting and support delivery of strategic objectives that improve outcomes for patients and staff. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with strong programme or project management experience in complex healthcare environments, who can work confidently with senior stakeholders and analyse complex financial, workforce and performance data.
