standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residen, As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and enriching environment. Your primary focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in care planning, supporting medication needs, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact with residents and their families. The role offers a caring supportive environment with opportunities to learn and develop throughout your career.
