Your primary focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in care planning, supporting medication needs, and undertaking staff supervisions.
