Full Job Description

- Advising upon and conducting SEND Tribunal proceedings.
- Advising on law, policy, strategy and procedure relating to SEND issues.
- Advising upon Judicial Reviews.
- Being a lead within the team and providing guidance and support to other members of the team.
If you are a Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX qualified) with experience or knowledge in this area of law, we want to hear from you. Whether you are looking to develop your local government experience, change sector into local government or return to work after a career break, you won't find a better place to do so., Whilst local government experience is not essential, a passion for delivering an excellent legal service in a fast-paced environment and a desire to help shape and deliver an exemplar local authority legal service is.
