SEN Learning Mentor

A welcoming primary school in Harpurhey is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Learning Mentor to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis starting ASAP.

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, build confidence and thrive within the school environment.

The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Supporting children with communication, emotional and learning needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
- Helping pupils develop socially, emotionally and academically, If you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are available for an immediate start, we would love to hear from you.

Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs
- Patient, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Previous school, youth work or support work experience is desirable

Competitive daily pay of £102 - £115
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
