- Assist teachers in creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Resilient, confident, and emotionally intelligent approach.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Team Teach, PRICE, or other positive handling/de-escalation training.
- Experience within specialist provisions, alternative provisions, PRUs, or SEMH settings.
- Knowledge of SEND, ADHD, Autism, and attachment-related needs.
- A supportive and experienced leadership team.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to young people's lives.
- Opportunities for career progression within a growing and supportive setting.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references, and all safer recruitment procedures.
If you are a strong, compassionate, and experienced professional who can positively support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, we would love to hear from you.
