Full Job Description

This position is for someone who wants to learn more about Weddings & Events.

Within this role you will be trained to do the following:

  • Handling enquires that come in on a daily basis

  • Sending proposals to clients

  • Holding dates within our calendar system

  • Leading show rounds to potential clients

  • Completing final details with clients

  • Help set up for weddings & events

  • Helping run weddings & events on the day

    This Apprenticeship will be completed by working 4 days per week onsite with the employer, learning the job role and gaining valuable work experience, and then 1 day per week completing college work remotely.

  • Functional Skills in English and Maths may be completed alongside the Apprenticeship if necessary, however, passing this will be mandatory to receive the Apprenticeship qualification., GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C/4 or above) Essential
    GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) Essential

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
    Minimum Wage Rates
  • Working week

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00. The working week may change depending on the events in that week, so possible weekend work. 1-hour lunch break per day. Time may vary depending on events., You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience. This could be relevant:
