We`re looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Sales Executive to drive occupancy across our student accommodation. Behind every enquiry is a student with ambitions, anxieties and choices to make. We sell more than rooms; we sell belonging, community and possibility. That requires pace and commercial focus but also care and trust. What you`ll be doing

  • Driving new leads and enquiries through proactive outreach (open days, student fairs, events & digital channels)
  • Converting enquiries into viewings, and viewings into bookings
  • Delivering compelling tours that help students feel at home before they`ve even moved in
  • Handling objections with confidence and empathy
  • Encouraging existing residents to rebook for next year through tailored offers and events
  • Keeping a tight sales pipeline: fast follow-up, disciplined CRM usage, and strong closing conversations
  • Achieving occupancy and revenue targets across multiple properties
  • Staying sharp on competitor activity, pricing and market trends
  • Win in a competitive market by staying sharp on pricing & offers

    Has proven sales experience (B2B or B2C): recruitment sales, mobile/tech, hospitality, property or business development
  • Hungry for targets, recognition and commission
  • Thrives in a sales buzz with seasonal peaks
  • Competitive but always values-led and customer-focused
  • Loves solving objections and closing conversations
  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Enjoys meeting people and building relationships
  • Is organised, proactive and self-motivated
