It's not about closing the deal by any means necessary here, it's about genuinely getting to know people and truly understanding their goals and motivation for joining a club like ours. You'll feel that we're making a difference to their fitness journey and naturally showcase our full-service offering such as our wide range of signature Group Exercise classes and our best in class Personal Trainers, as well as demonstrate how our Spa, Medical and Natural Fitness Food products can enhance their overall experience. You'll be working as part of our in-club team, they're a collaborative, inclusive team of people who support each other, and deliver a first-class service to our members whilst having fun doing so. As part of our Sales offering, we deliver ongoing training, development, courses & qualifications through our Sales Academy. Our in-house Sales Academy, led by our Head of Sales, delivers training to support our Consultants in their roles. We empower our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to grow in their careers and excel in the dynamic world of sales in the luxury health club industry, while upholding our values of being a community, creating innovatively, living passionately, being reliable and showing expertise.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a basic salary of 28,714 plus uncapped commission. For a Sales Consultant hitting their minimum targets, OTE would be a minimum of 35,000- 40,000+
