What you will do

• Serving customers behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Managing enquiries via the phone and email
• Promoting sales in the business
• Working as a team to hit branch target

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm

What we’re looking for

• Trade sales experience is desirable
• Customer service experience
• To be confident speaking to customers over the phone
