Full Job Description

We are seeking experienced practitioner with strong leadership skills, good safeguarding knowledge, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people, and adults at risk.

This role offers the opportunity to influence practice, shape strategic priorities, and provide expert guidance across the organisation. If you are passionate about driving high-quality safeguarding standards and ready to take the next step in your professional journey.

Every day you will be using your transferrable knowledge and skills to support the diverse workforce in Oxford Health to safeguard adults and children.

The role will predominantly be adult workforce facing but a strong think family approach will need to be implemented within the role.

The role is very diverse and will include delivering training at L3 , facilitating regular supervision, and supporting consultations with staff will be part of your weekly work.

We're looking for an experienced professional with knowledge of domestic abuse, MARAC processes, self -neglect, exploitation, or wider safeguarding themes to help drive safe, effective practice across the Trust. You'll provide expert advice, support staff, lead training, shape policy, and strengthen multi-agency working to ensure robust protection for children and adults at risk.
