Rotational Midwife

Applicants should have completed a 12-month preceptorship programme or be able to demonstrate equivalent UK post-registration clinical midwifery experience relevant to a Band 6 rotational midwife role across maternity settings., The post holder will provide high-quality midwifery care across maternity services, supporting women and families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period.

The role includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring safe practice and effective communication at all times.

Posts may include rotational working across maternity areas in line with service requirements, including long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high clinical standards, supporting service improvement and promoting positive patient experiences.
