Retail Mobile Manager

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Support with recruitment, training and development of volunteers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
  
  You'll be a confident and adaptable retail professional who enjoys working across multiple locations. You'll bring:
• Experience in retail management (charity or commercial)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A flexible, "can-do" approach
• The ability to quickly build relationships with different teams
