Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with product inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation standards. You will play a vital role in restocking merchandise, organizing product displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as building rapport with customers is essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to multitask effectively. Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are also open to training enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
