Restaurant Manager - London

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join The Roof Gardens at our summer Spanish Garden. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in multiple dining concepts and as a pivotal member of our senior front of house team, you will be helping to build your team, put processes and operations in place to ensure first class service, whilst becoming a familiar and friendly face for our members.,

• Quality Control & Standards: Implement and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) adhering to healthy, safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
• Financial Guardian: Oversee and optimise daily operations for efficiency and profitability, utilising the restaurant management software.
• Team Development: Attract, inspire, and nurture restaurant staff, creating a positive working environment.
• Exceptional Service: Ensure high-quality service and respond proactively to member feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Market Awareness: Collaborate on menu development, incorporating culinary trends and formulate long-term strategies for market positioning and growth.
• Community: Develop and maintain a culture of engagement with members for continuous improvement.

• Ability to lead and motivate staff in a high-pressure environment.
• A keen focus on delivering superior customer service.
• Attention to detail, especially in administrative and operational tasks.
