£19,667.35 to £21,296.65, pay award pending
The Resource Planner role supports the HomeBased Reablement Service by coordinating, scheduling, and allocating care and support packages to meet changing service demand. The post involves managing rostering and database systems, updating and amending packages of support, and responding to urgent and emergency requests. The role works closely with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure staff resources are deployed efficiently and services run smoothly. Accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and contributing to positive outcomes for people living in the community are central to this role., This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fastpaced environment. You will be confident using IT systems, including database software, with strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping. You will respond effectively to urgent and evolving demands, work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies, and use your initiative when working independently. A customerfocused approach, commitment to teamwork, and flexibility to work a rota between 7am and 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays, are essential.
