Full Job Description
Oxford Health Research and Development (R&D) Department supports cutting-edge Mental Health and Community research that seeks to improve patient outcomes and care. We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedR&D Administratorto join our team to provide high-quality administrative support across the Department.,
- Administrative support across the R&D Department, including word processing, document formatting, meeting support and senior diary management.
- Attendance at meetings, taking accurate minutes, producing action logs, and distributing key information in a timely manner.
- Supporting event planning and coordination (e.g., away days, small conferences).
- Day-day management of bespoke and non-bespoke R&D systems (training will be provided)
