Remote Clinical Nurse Advisor

Job Overview: The Clinical Nurse will be part of a dedicated out-of-hours service, providing high-quality patient care remotely. This role requires a proactive and highly skilled nurse who can work independently while maintaining excellent clinical standards. The nurse will be expected to attend periodic training sessions at the company headquarters to ensure continuous professional development and adherence to best practices., Ensure adherence to clinical governance and best practices in all aspects of patient care.

• Maintain clinical competence and participate in field support and patient visits where necessary. Operational & Service Delivery:
• Work efficiently within the out-of-hours service model, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Manage time effectively to meet service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  
  Minimum one year of management experience (desirable).
• Experience with CVAD, parenteral nutrition, or related clinical skills (desirable). Key Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in the NHS or pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital systems.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
