Job Location: Birmingham
The job holder is responsible for ensuring the route has the right people in the right place with the right skills at the right time. A key element of this role is ensuring the route is managed in the most efficient way. The job holder will have the following direct reports:
- 7 x Sales Development Representatives
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full line management of sales Development representatives to include: 1:1's and work with.
- Accountable for SDR KPI performance management.
- Responsible for working with the team to ensure training plans reflect Development requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring efficient call base management.
- Carries out investigations and disciplinary where appropriate.
- Responsible for financial reconciliation of all banking and policy procedures.
- Responsible for RTW management as appropriate.
- Responsible for any new Hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in a field sales environment
- Strong analytical skills integrity
- Strong Team worker and contributor.
- Flexible, 'can do,' attitude to role and duties.
- Results driven and understands the link between action & results.
- Ability to manage Multiple agendas
