If so, we want to hear from you!, As post holder, you will work with all members of the clinical team within the multidisciplinary framework. The Receptionist is an essential part of a team, helping to streamline the work of the clinics by supporting and helping all members of the team to provide a quality service. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors to the department. The role will include arriving patients to their appointments, calling patients to book appointments and covering a variety of admin tasks within the department. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.

The Neurology Admin & Clerical team are looking for flexible and motivated people to join our team. We are looking for people that are passionate about providing an exemplary service, to work as part of a dynamic team helping to a deliver a safe and effective Neurology service at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The successful candidate will be able to work in a systemic and methodical way, using on their own initiative, be conscientious, and have excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills. Applicants will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload.
