Receptionist - Clerkenwell, London

The Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest enquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role involves close collaboration with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guests enjoy a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable stay. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanour, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
