Full Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
