Situated in Coventry at the Anchor Centre and Meridian Practice, covering 37.5 hours a week, it comes with a salary of £24,960.00. This position entails key responsibilities such as responding to patient queries, liaising with the primary care team, managing appointment requests, and maintaining confidentiality of patient records. Proficiency in basic PC skills like Word and Excel is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in reception or customer care is required, and while NHS experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
