Quantity Surveyors

Our Quantity Surveyors are a valuable part of our business, where they lead the team on a project or cluster of packages having full accountability for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting. Surveyors take the lead; working collaboratively with our customers and industry specialists with a firm focus on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice. As our Project Surveyor you will:

• Manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts across fit-out and refurbishment schemes.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and oversee financial controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Procure and manage subcontractors, including tender evaluation and contract administration.
• Track and manage variations, change control, and commercial risks.
• Support project teams on live operational sites, providing clear commercial insight and guidance.
• Administer NEC/JCT contracts and ensure compliance with all commercial obligations.
• Lead final accounts, claims resolution, and accurate commercial documentation.
• Drive value engineering and support sustainability-focused solutions within project delivery.
