Qualified Social Worker

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks that include:

• Conducting assessments and preparing reports for court proceedings.
• Working closely with children and families to understand their needs and circumstances.
• Collaborating with legal professionals, social services, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
• Representing the voice of the child in court and contributing to the decision-making process.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to families navigating the complexities of family law.
  
  A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in working with children and families in public and private law settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing abilities.
