Public Area Attendant - Jumeirah Carlton Tower

Collect the section key against signature and room report from the housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift.Clean exit staircases and pantries on the floor level assigned to.Clean and store all the equipment in its proper place.Clean assigned area or outlets thoroughly.Pay particular attention to busy areas such as guest lifts inside and outside, toilets, entrance doors, lobby carpets, ashtrays, restaurants, function rooms.Inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams (Housekeeping, Front Office) and interact confidently with guests and visitorsEntry-level experience (0-1 year) within the hospitality industry is preferredStrong communication and customer service skills suitable for a guest-facing environment
