Psychologist - Community Mental Health

£46,732 per year - estimated ?
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Psychologist to join our established Community Mental Health Service in Bridgwater. You'll work alongside a skilled multi-disciplinary team including therapists trained in CBT, EMDR, CAT, DBT, Art and Family Therapy, and fellow Psychologists.
This role involves providing specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for adults with complex mental, emotional, and physical health needs. You'll also contribute to risk assessments, staff training, supervision, and service development.
We welcome applications from newly qualified Psychologists looking to develop into a Band 8a role, with structured support and supervision provided.
Our service operates Monday to Friday, 9am--5pm, with no weekend working. Flexible working options, including compressed hours or adjusted start/finish times, are available.
