Property Relationship Manager

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Harrogate. The salary ranges from £26,000 - £28,000.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.
What you'll be doing:Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsRegularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintainedLiaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience.Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes
We're looking for someone who has the following:Experience in Property Management or LettingsKnowledge of inventories and lettings regulationsConfidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returnsStrong customer service skillsSelf-motivated, team-focused approach
