North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a dedicated Estates and Facilities Project Manager to lead impactful projects across our healthcare sites. Your role will be instrumental in delivering capital projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.
Role Highlights:
+ Oversee a range of capital projects, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder engagement.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical leaders, contractors and regulatory bodies.
+ Ensure all projects align with NHS standards, delivering safe, efficient and patient-focused environments., + Lead and manage capital projects within budget and timelines.
+ Engage with stakeholders to align project goals.
+ Ensure compliance with NHS regulations and safety standards.
+ Oversee budgets for cost control and value assurance.
+ Identify and manage project risks and issues.
+ Support and guide project teams to achieve targets.
+ Provide regular updates and reports for transparency.
+ Implement best practices to improve efficiency and sustainability.
