Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale commercial projects, domestic retail projects, and renewable initiatives. This is a key role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.,

• Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met.
• Design, price, and deliver projects across commercial and domestic sectors.
• Handle customer complaints and promote high standards of service.
• Support recruitment, performance management, and subcontractor oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, technical standards, and data protection.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle.
  
  Proven management experience across geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors.
• Strong background in delivering large-scale commercial projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Gas Safe and OFTEC qualifications (desirable).
• H&S Management qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH) (desirable).
  
  This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (40 hrs per week) from our Burnet Rd office in Norwich. A company vehicle is included, In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £51,000 per annum and a benefits package. Click here to see more about our benefits.
