- Lead the electrical and automation scope of the factory expansion project, from design through commissioning
- Ensure all EAD systems comply with safety, environmental, and product quality standards
- Specify and implement SCADA/MES solutions aligned with corporate and site-level digital strategies
- Oversee installation and commissioning of power distribution, control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Support the integration of digital tools for performance monitoring, data analytics, and predictive maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure machinery safety compliance (e.g. PUWER, CE marking)
- Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and operator training initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all EAD systems and ensure knowledge transfer to site teams, increase production capacity. Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Automation, or Control Engineering - Proven Track record delivering electrical and automation projects in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of process control, instrumentation, PLC/HMI programming, and loop tuning
- Experience with SCADA systems, IO servers, HMI, historians, and SQL databases
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and industrial network architecture
- Understanding of TPM, preventive maintenance, and digital reliability tools is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoDesk tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills
