Full Job Description
Job Summary: House of Sunny is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our production processes. This role involves coordinating packaging, trims, and samples, as well as managing essential production-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines., 1. Packaging and Trim Management
- Place and track orders for packaging, labels, and trims to meet production schedules.
- Translations
- Ensure all trims and packaging materials meet brand standards and quality requirements. (developer?)
- Generate and manage barcodes for all products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications. 2. Pre-Pack Organization
- Assist in the planning and organization of pre-packs to ensure efficient workflow and accurate deliveries. 3. Sample Management
- Coordinate social and retail sample requests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized inventory of all production samples.
- Monitor and manage sample movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping. 5. Returns Reporting and Monitoring
- Monitor and log product returns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular return reports for review by the production team. 6. Logistics and Product Testing
- Follow up on and update packing lists, ensuring they accurately reflect the pre-pack instructions.
- Confirm and update final production quantities, then provide total unit numbers to the eCommerce team.
- Request product testing quotations and coordinate sample submissions to obtain required test reports.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in a production or fashion-related role is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
- Basic understanding of garment trims and packaging processes.
