Join our team as a Product Owner for the AXA Blueprint project, a transformative initiative designed to revolutionise our commercial operating model. Blueprint is built on a foundation of strategic changes across processes, people, and technology, aimed at delivering significant benefits in GWP, loss ratio, and expense ratio. As a key driver of this transformation, you'll oversee the delivery of multiple releases, working closely with diverse teams to implement innovative ways of working for the AXA Commercial business. Your role will be instrumental in engaging project managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring the project's vision aligns with business priorities and that we realise the planned benefits. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing:
- Act as the voice of the business, understanding needs, validating solutions, and ensuring the programme aligns with strategic priorities.
- Support programme activities by influencing the strategic direction and shaping feature production and prioritisation to maximise value.
- Prioritise and manage the release backlog in collaboration with the project team, ensuring delivery is aligned with business requirements.
- Manage the flow of work, maintaining a well-prioritised backlog, and supporting incremental planning to facilitate smooth delivery cycles.
- Communicate the release vision and roadmap to stakeholders, representing business views during demos and feedback sessions.

- In-depth experience of commercial insurance, with a focus on underwriting.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile change environment is preferred but not essential.
- Confidence to make informed decisions on behalf of the business and represent key stakeholder needs and views.
- Strong track record of collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience in benefits realisation, managing change activities through to measurable outcomes is preferred.
- Ability to coach and manage a diverse group of product owners from various business disciplines. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
