Product Manager

In response to significant success and an increased emphasis on technology and innovation in a rapidly evolving market, DTS is recruiting a Senior Product Manager (M5) to lead product strategy and delivery within a high-performing, cross-functional team. The role we're looking to fill is a career defining opportunity for an experienced product leader who wants to drive strategic product outcomes alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, business analysts and product managers. As part of this role your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage a large, complex product or portfolio of products in collaboration with UK leadership.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, clients, and senior leadership; bridge business needs and technology solutions.
• Own the overall product strategy including the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists
• Bring strong industry understanding and expertise relevant to the product or platform being managed.
• Apply strong commercial acumen to inform product prioritisation, commercial models, and business case development.
• Anticipate and escalate issues proactively; collaborate with the team to resolve them.
• Set, track, and communicate product goals, KPIs, and OKRs across the product team and business.
• Lead scoping and prioritisation of large/complex products; facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive process improvements.
• Lead discovery efforts including research, data analysis, and workshops; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support the commercial team in client conversations, product demos, and pre-sales activities; assist with go-to-market materials.
  
  Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager (or equivalent), owning product strategy, vision, and roadmap for large or complex products.
• Commercial/financial literacy, to own business cases and pricing management
• Communication & influencing ability at leadership levels
• Analytical mindset, translating data and research into decisions
• Comfort operating at strategic and tactical levels
• Managing ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• AI and data-driven decision-making enthusiasm
• Regulated industries/professional services experience (a plus)
• Professional certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) or Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) is desirable
