Are you passionate about streamlining processes and making a real impact? We're looking for a Process Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key part in enhancing and maturing our process architecture, supporting strategic initiatives with your expertise. You'll be providing valuable insights through detailed process analysis, mapping current workflows using techniques like SIPOC and BPMN 2.0, and helping shape future process improvements. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing:
- Conduct detailed process mapping using various techniques and tools such as SIPOC, VSM, BPMN2, to visualise and analyse current state processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities using data and customer and stakeholder feedback to highlight areas for optimisation, waste reduction and efficiency.
- Implement process improvements by collaborating, designing and testing with intervention teams, tribes and stakeholders.
- Measure and monitor process performance.
- Support a continuous improvement culture and promote and coach the use of problem-solving methodologies e.g. Lean, Six Sigma.
- Embed product principles by assisting tribes in adopting and applying methodologies and product management to their workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with effective communication between tribes and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Support product discovery by conducting research, feedback and iterating on product development based on data and insights.
Proven experience in process mapping and analysis, with proficiency in tools such as ARIS, and a track record of process optimisation. - Ability to apply Systems Thinking principles to understand and enhance complex processes.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop practical, effective solutions.
- Proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to take ownership and ensure commitments are met personally and collaboratively.
- Resilience and adaptability to navigate setbacks and challenging situations effectively.
