Private Banking Assistant - LondonWe are working with a globally respected wealth and asset management business known for delivering exceptional client service, innovation, and long-term investment expertise.They are looking for a client-focused Private Banking Assistant to support a team of Private Bankers in London. This is a fast-paced role offering exposure to Ultra high-net-worth clients, international markets, and complex banking operations. The role is an initial 12 month FTC.
The RoleYou'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of client relationships and banking operations, including:Supporting Private Bankers with client administration from account opening through to ongoing maintenance Processing payments, trades, FX transactions, and corporate actions Monitoring accounts, cash positions, and operational risk alerts Preparing client meeting materials, presentations, and investment simulations Managing client documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance Acting as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders Supporting business projects, remediation work, and process improvements
What We're Looking ForExperience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services Strong understanding of banking operations and investment products Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a professional client-focused approach Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint RDR Level 4 qualified (or willing to achieve within 6 months)
