Principal Planning Officer

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate experience of dealing with complex minors and major applications, preferably in a Local Authority environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deal with a caseload of varied and challenging planning applications and pre-application enquiries, including residential, commercial and mixed use development proposals.
