Primary CLASS Worker

We are excited to offer a position as a Primary CLASS Worker within our Primary phase, where you'll work in a supportive and resource-rich environment.. This position is 36 hours per week, term time plus 6 professional development days. The post will commence 1st September 2026.

• The role involves working with the teachers, usually in the classroom, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
• GCSE Grade D-G or Functional Skills Level 1 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
• An awareness and understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
• Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age., 1. Do you have GCSE grade D-G/ Functional Skills Level 1 or above in English or Mathematics (or equivalent)
2. Do you have experience of the Early Years environment and/ or Nursery Experience? 3. Are you able to develop and maintain good professional relationships with students, staff and parents? 4. Can you use basic technology (laptop, computer, tablet)? 5. Do you have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook? 6. Are you willing to participate in development and training? 7. Can you work constructively as part of a team? 8. Do you have awareness and understanding of nursery and classroom roles to year 6, and your own responsibilities and position, within these and willingness to work with any year group?
