partners., As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities include providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care. The ideal candidate will be a UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience, have experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and possess a good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.
