Plumber

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 4 Plumber to support West London NHS Trust on a 3-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both routine and non-routine maintenance works across the site, including repairs, planned preventative maintenance, minor installations, and reactive work requests. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Main Duties:

• Carry out new works, repairs, and routine planned maintenance.
• Work on mechanical, heating, hot and cold-water plant, equipment, and services.
• Complete reactive work requests and minor installation tasks efficiently.
• Carry out weekly planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Escort contractors carrying out inspections and installations.
• Maintain tool lists and comply with Health & Safety and Security Regulations.
• Always follow all Trust policies and procedures.
  
  Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Services.
• Experience in a mechanical service area such as gas, refrigeration, or heat pumps.
• Water safety training.
• Must be a driver.
• Previous NHS or healthcare maintenance experience would be desirable.
